The following are some stunning images of the south London home of Liza Giles, senior stylist for Tricia Guild of Designers Guild, I just love industrial pieces combined with beautiful feminine details like embroidered lampshades or handmade quilts. These spaces are inspiring, romantic and playful, filled with a sense of nostalgia and splashes of Liza's personal style. Theres something quite magical about the juxtaposition of old and new, neutral with splashes of colour... my favourites are the little collections flea market finds--pretty objects and picture groupings alongside design classics.

ive spent the afternoon sifting through the net for bits of beauty to cheer me up, to transport me into another place, where i havn't been sick and in a bed for over a week, but i think im feeling better for it, its got my creative juices flowing again and cant wait to get back on my feet, get those darned taxes out of the way and get creating again for the lovely upcoming auckland art and craft fair!!
